Delivery and Pricing

The price for each set of 3 keys is £30.00 plus £9.60 P&P inc. VAT. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks from receipt of order placement and a signature will be required on delivery.

Returning damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. In this instance, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will send you a pre-paid returns envelope.

When you return goods, please acquire and retain proof of posting. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive.

Returns process

We have tried to make the process for returning items as simple and quick as possible.

In order that we can track the return delivery of your goods, we ask that you in the first instance advise us of your intention to return them. Please do this my emailing us at oem_customerservice@yale.co.uk quoting your order number.

When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of receiving your return.

What are my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations?

If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.

Install or Bespoke Product Returns Policy

If fitted the products are non-returnable, but faulty products will be replaced.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We utilize a secure payment partner to process our payments "Sagepay".
